Precision Pipe is high‑precision hollow steel tube manufactured from high‑quality carbon steel and alloy steel by cold‑drawing, cold‑rolling and annealing finishing processes. Precision Pipe features strictly controlled OD & ID dimensional tolerance, oxide‑free inner wall and high surface finish. It owns excellent pressure‑resistance, leak‑proof performance, good cold‑bending, flaring and flattening property, serving as key basic tubular product for hydraulic‑pneumatic equipment, auto spare parts and precision machinery manufacturing. Precision Pipe is mainly divided into Precision Seamless Pipe and Precision Bright Pipe. Different types of Precision Pipe adapt to general mechanical processing, high‑pressure hydraulic system, auto components, engineering machinery oil cylinder and automation equipment. Precision Pipe has wide size range with optional precision grades, sufficient stock and supports deep‑processing such as tolerance customization, fixed‑length cutting, polishing and chamfering. Manufactured by cold‑drawn & cold‑rolled seamless forming without welding seam, Precision Seamless Pipe owns uniform metallographic structure, high pressure resistance and good impact resistance. It is widely used for high‑pressure hydraulic cylinder tubes, heavy‑duty mechanical parts and high‑strength structural components, greatly reducing machining allowance. After precision rolling & polishing treatment, Precision Bright Pipe has smooth inner‑outer walls without burrs, low roughness and bright appearance, no secondary turning required with high assembly accuracy, widely used for air cylinders, precision sleeves, auto shock‑absorbing parts and precision instrument fittings. Precision Pipe can be treated by annealing, normalizing and other heat treatments, as well as phosphating, anti‑rust oil, painting, galvanizing and other surface protection treatments to meet anti‑rust and assembly requirements. Full‑set inspections including tensile, impact, hydrostatic test, flattening, flaring and NDT can be performed for Precision Pipe. Standard fixed‑length of Precision Pipe:3‑12m, customized cutting available; straightness up to 0.2‑0.5mm/m; pipe ends can be chamfered and deburred.Precision Seamless Pipe features uniform wall thickness and superior pressure resistance for high‑pressure working conditions; non‑standard OD, ID and wall thickness can be customized per drawings.Precision Bright Pipe owns smooth inner‑outer surface Ra0.2‑0.8μm without oxide scale, reducing machining procedures for precision assembly scenarios.Precision Pipe supports annealing, normalizing & quenching‑tempering heat treatment; surface options: pickling, bright polishing, phosphating, anti‑rust oil, painting, hot‑dip galvanizing; hydrostatic test and UT/MT non‑destructive testing are available.
4. Classification & Surface Treatment
‑ Precision Seamless Pipe: Cold‑drawn & cold‑rolled seamless forming without welding seam, high strength and pressure resistance. Applied for hydraulic cylinder barrels, heavy‑duty mechanical structures and high‑pressure fluid pipelines; quenching‑tempering heat treatment is available to improve comprehensive mechanical performance.
‑ Precision Bright Pipe: Finished by precision rolling & polishing, bright and clean inner‑outer walls, high dimensional accuracy, no secondary cutting required. Mainly used for air cylinders, sleeves, auto spare parts and precision‑instrument components.
‑ Surface treatment: pickling & passivation, bright polishing, phosphating, anti‑rust oil coating, painting, hot‑dip galvanizing; pipe‑end chamfering, deburring and beveling processing available. ‑ Precision Pipe can be supplied in soft‑annealed, half‑hard and hard states. Both Precision Seamless Pipe and Precision Bright Pipe can adjust tolerance and technical conditions according to customer drawings.

‑ Packing: Precision Pipe wrapped with moisture‑proof stretch film, pipe ends sealed by plastic end caps, bundled with steel straps, moisture‑proof & rust‑proof, suitable for sea container and land long‑distance transportation.
‑ MOQ: 1 ton minimum order quantity, mixed‑batch order for Precision Seamless Pipe and Precision Bright Pipe supported.
‑ Lead Time:7‑12 days for conventional in‑stock specifications;18‑30 days for special material, high‑precision tolerance and deep‑processing customized orders. Original mill test certificates and mechanical‑performance reports are available. Third‑party inspection by SGS / BV is acceptable. Support FOB, CIF, DAP and other foreign‑trade terms.
