2. Execution Standards
‑ GB/T 713‑2023 Steel plates for boilers and pressure vessels, core national standard for Container Plate; GB/T3531 standard for low‑temperature pressure vessel steel plates
‑ International Standards: ASME SA516, EN10028‑2, complying with foreign‑trade project acceptance. Container Steel Plate and Pressure Vessel Plate support full‑set tests including UT, MT, PT and low‑temperature impact test.
3. Specification Parameters
Container Plate thickness:6mm‑200mm, width:1200mm‑4000mm, length:2000‑16000mm, customized arbitrary lengths supported, Z‑direction performance Z15/Z25/Z35 can be supplied on request. Container Steel Plate features flat plate shape and tight thickness tolerance to meet blanking design for storage tanks and heat exchangers. Pressure Vessel Plate supplies heavy‑gauge plates, extra‑thick Container Plate can be delivered with matched heat‑treatment. All Container Plate supports flame cutting, plasma cutting, bevel chamfering and ultrasonic inspection, non‑standard sizes can be customized according to drawings.
4. Surface Treatment
‑ Hot‑rolled black surface (regular for Container Plate): original hot‑rolled finish for subsequent cutting & welding processing.
‑ Sandblasting & derusting: remove mill scale for NDT inspection and anti‑corrosion painting, widely used for equipment shells of Container Steel Plate.
‑ Shot‑blasting & painting: improve rust‑proof performance for outdoor storage and sea export shipment.
‑ Container Steel Plate and Pressure Vessel Plate support grinding & NDT treatment to meet high‑standard acceptance for special‑equipment.
5. Main Applications
Container Plate is widely used in chemical storage tanks, reactors, heat exchangers, tower vessels, power‑station pressure vessels and low‑temperature storage tanks. Container Steel Plate is mostly applied for ordinary storage tanks and heat‑exchanger shells under regular pressure load. Pressure Vessel Plate serves for high‑pressure, low‑temperature and corrosive‑condition equipment to guarantee safe operation of pressure‑bearing devices. ‑ Lead Time: 3‑7 working days for regular stock Container Plate; 7‑15 working days for heat‑treated, inspected and custom‑spec products. Mill certificates, mechanical & impact test reports are provided; PMI, SGS third‑party inspection is acceptable. Support FOB, CIF, DAP and other international trade terms.
