Angle Type Self-cleaning Filter is a fully automatic on-line filtering equipment with right-angle layout. The inlet and outlet form a 90° angle, suitable for direct installation at pipeline turning positions. Fluid enters the equipment from the inlet, solid particles and suspended impurities are trapped by precision screen, and clean medium flows out from the side outlet. As dirt accumulates on the screen, the pressure difference between inlet and outlet rises gradually. The system automatically activates the cleaning mechanism according to pressure difference signal or preset time. The dirt on the screen surface is removed by brushing or suction structure, and contaminants are discharged together with blowdown flow. The whole cleaning process will not cut off medium transportation in main pipelines to guarantee uninterrupted fluid supply. Equipped with complete electric control and driving assemblies, the equipment owns high automation level. It is widely used in industrial circulating water, sewage treatment, chemical fluid, HVAC water supply and other fields to continuously purify pipeline fluid and protect downstream heat exchangers, pumps, nozzles and other equipment from blockage and abrasion.
