1. Model and specification

1.1 The full volume of the equipment is about 6000L.

1.2 The effective volume accounts for 40-60% of the total volume.

2. Equipment material

2.1 The body of the equipment is connected with 304 stainless steel, non-contact part Q235 carbon steel.

2.2 The standard parts used by the equipment shall retain their original materials.

3.The drive ability

3.1 Main motor adopts 37kW        380V-50HZ-4 level.

3.2 The main motor adopts jiangsu boneng common motor made in China.

3.3 The reducer shall be of Jiangsu Telong brand.

3.4 The output speed of the drive group is about 22 RPM/min.

4.Surface treatment

4.1 Fine polishing is done inside the equipment.

4.2 The outside of the equipment shall be brushed and the carbon steel part shall be sprayed with anti-rust paint.

5.Main dimensions

5.1 National standard 304 stainless steel plate with a barrel thickness of 6mm.

5.2 National standard 304 stainless steel plate with 4mm thickness of equipment barrel cover

5.2 Q235 carbon steel with a thickness of 16mm and a 2MM NATIONAL standard 304

stainless steel plate is lined at the end of the equipment.
