2 Technical Principle
The equipment adopts controllable low-concentration brine electrolysis sewage disinfection technology. After automatic dissolving and precision filtration, dilute brine enters the anti-corrosion electrolytic cell. Under stable DC electrolysis, low-dose high-activity sodium hypochlorite is generated. The NaClO solution is quantitatively added into the sewage tail water, which oxidizes and decomposes microbial cell structures to realize efficient sterilization and disinfection. The system monitors sewage water volume and outlet residual chlorine in real time, automatically adjusts electrolysis output and dosing amount, realizes precise matching of disinfection dose and sewage load, ensures thorough disinfection effect, and avoids excessive residual chlorine caused by excessive dosing, achieving green and standard sewage discharge.
