1 Product Overview

2 Technical Principle
The equipment adopts normal-temperature brine electrolysis electrochemical principle, with refined salt dissolved in tap water to form dilute brine as the only reaction raw material. After precise filtration and flow regulation, the brine is sent to the professional electrolytic cell. Under the action of stable direct current provided by the rectifier, electrolytic oxidation-reduction reaction occurs in the electrode gap.
During the electrolysis process, chloride ions in the brine are oxidized to produce chlorine gas, which fully reacts with water in the electrolytic cell to generate low-concentration sodium hypochlorite disinfectant. The whole reaction process is stable and controllable, and the system intelligently adjusts electrolytic current and brine feeding volume according to water demand, so as to ensure the output of low-concentration NaClO solution is always within the safe and effective range. A small amount of hydrogen produced in the reaction is safely discharged through a closed exhaust system to ensure zero safety risk.
