1 Product Overview

The high concentration sodium hypochlorite generator is a professional industrial electrolysis disinfection device developed for scenarios requiring high-efficiency and high-strength water sterilization. Based on industrial brine electrolysis principle, the equipment uses refined salt and tap water as raw materials to continuously produce high-concentration sodium hypochlorite disinfectant through electrochemical reaction. 2 Technical Principle

The high concentration sodium hypochlorite generator adopts intensified constant-current brine electrolysis technology with optimized electrode structure and current density control. The whole working process is fully closed and automatically controlled without manual chemical addition.

Firstly, refined salt and raw water are automatically proportioned and dissolved into saturated dilute brine, which is filtered precisely to remove impurities. The qualified brine is stably delivered into the high-efficiency electrolytic cell. Under the action of stable DC current, directional electrochemical reaction occurs: chloride ions are oxidized into chlorine gas at the anode, while water molecules are reduced at the cathode to generate hydrogen and hydroxide ions. Chlorine gas instantly reacts with hydroxide ions to synthesize high-concentration sodium hypochlorite solution. By optimizing electrolysis temperature, current density and liquid flow rate, the system effectively improves brine conversion rate and increases effective chlorine concentration. The by-product hydrogen is diluted and exhausted through a safe ventilation system to ensure intrinsically safe operation, realizing continuous and stable production of high-strength NaClO disinfectant.
