The high concentration sodium hypochlorite generator for industrial wastewater treatment is high-strength electrolytic disinfection equipment optimized for high-load sewage working conditions. 2 Technical Principle
The equipment adopts intensified constant-current brine electrolysis technology. Refined salt and raw water are automatically mixed into concentrated brine after precise filtration. The qualified brine continuously flows into enhanced anti-corrosion electrolytic cells. Under stable DC electrolysis, efficient electrochemical reaction occurs to generate high concentration sodium hypochlorite. The built-in PLC system collects sewage flow and residual chlorine data in real time, dynamically adjusting electrolysis power and dosing quantity. Freshly generated NaClO is injected into wastewater tail water, destroying microbial cell structures and oxidizing organic contaminants. Unconsumed residual chlorine gradually attenuates naturally, preventing secondary pollution while meeting discharge standards.
