1 Product Overview

Municipal-use high concentration sodium hypochlorite generator is an environmentally friendly electrolysis disinfection device widely used in municipal environmental protection industry. Taking refined salt and tap water as raw materials, the equipment produces high-concentration sodium hypochlorite disinfectant through electrochemical reaction. It is suitable for disinfection of municipal sewage effluent, reclaimed water reuse, urban secondary water supply and landscape water. 2 Technical Principle

The equipment adopts safe salt water electrolysis technology. Raw salt is automatically dissolved into dilute brine, filtered and transported into the electrolytic cell. Under DC power supply, chloride ions generate chlorine, which reacts instantly to form high-concentration sodium hypochlorite solution. By optimizing flow matching and electrolysis parameters, stable effective chlorine concentration can be maintained. The system is equipped with complete safety interlock protection. Hydrogen generated in electrolysis is diluted and discharged safely, meeting municipal environmental protection and safety engineering specifications.
