1. Product Introduction
Cold Rolled Steel Coil (CRC) is produced by cold rolling pickled hot rolled coil at room temperature. Mainly divided into Ordinary Annealed Cold Rolled Coil, Deep Drawing Cold Rolled Coil and Full Hard Cold Rolled Coil. Smooth surface, tight dimensional tolerance, excellent stamping, bending and welding performance. It can be directly painted and electroplated, widely used in home appliances, auto parts, hardware and galvanizing substrate.
2. Production Process
Pickled HRC → Cold rolling → Cleaning → Annealing (Full Hard without annealing) → Skin pass → Anti-rust oil coating → Coiling → Inspection
Ordinary Annealed Cold Rolled Coil & Deep Drawing Cold Rolled Coil: Annealed for good formability
Full Hard Cold Rolled Coil: Hardened as rolled, high strength Processing service: decoiling, slitting, customized cutting available.
3. Grades & Standards
1. Ordinary Annealed Cold Rolled Coil
Grades: DC01, SPCC, ST12 Application: General sheet metal, cabinet, hardware, galvanizing substrate
2. Deep Drawing Cold Rolled Coil
Grades: DC02, DC03, DC04, SPCD, SPCE, ST13, ST14, ST15 Application: Auto components, oil tank, kitchenware, complex deep drawing parts
3. Full Hard Cold Rolled Coil
Grades: CR Full Hard SPCC, Q195 Full Hard Application: Guide rail, shutter door, rigid structural parts, not suitable for heavy deep drawing
Standards: GB/T708, EN10130, JIS G3141, ASTM A568

Thickness: 0.2mm – 3.0mm
Width: 600mm – 1800mm (1000/1250/1500mm regular)

Coil weight: 3–12 MT, small slit coil available
Edge: Mill edge / Cut edge optional
5. Surface Condition
Ordinary Annealed Cold Rolled Coil: Bright flat surface with anti-rust oil, balanced forming performance
Deep Drawing Cold Rolled Coil: Low internal stress, high elongation, less cracking during stamping
Full Hard Cold Rolled Coil: High hardness, bright surface, obvious spring back, only for simple bending
6. Mechanical Property
Ordinary Annealed (DC01/SPCC): Yield 140–280MPa, Tensile 270–410MPa, Elongation ≥28%
Deep Drawing Grade (DC03/DC04): Low yield, high elongation ≥36%~42%
Full Hard CRC: High tensile strength, low elongation, limited forming capacity

✅ Deep Drawing Cold Rolled Coil: Auto interior parts, fuel tank, kitchen utensils, complex stamped components

8. Tolerance
High precision per GB/T708. Thickness tolerance ±0.02~±0.06mm, good flatness for precision manufacturing.
9. Package & Trade Terms
Package: Standard seaworthy export packing with anti-rust paper, plastic film and wooden skids
Documents: Mill Test Certificate (MTC); SGS/BV third-party inspection acceptable
MOQ: 3 MT

11. Remarks
Choose Deep Drawing Cold Rolled Coil for heavy deep drawing. Full Hard Cold Rolled Coil has poor ductility, not recommended for large deformation stamping. Anti-rust oil on surface is normal protective treatment.
