1. Product Introduction
Pressure Vessel Steel Plate is special steel for pressure equipment. It is divided into Carbon Pressure Vessel Plate, Low Alloy Pressure Vessel Plate and Low Temperature Pressure Vessel Plate. Produced via refined smelting and controlled rolling, with strictly limited S & P impurities, uniform internal structure, excellent pressure resistance, impact toughness, weldability and fatigue resistance. Widely used for boilers, storage tanks, heat exchangers, reactors, spherical tanks in petrochemical, energy and chemical industries.
2. Production Process
Molten iron pretreatment → Smelting → LF refining → Vacuum degassing → Slab heating → Hot rolling → Controlled cooling → Heat treatment (Normalizing / Tempering optional) → Finishing → UT inspection → Delivery
Carbon Pressure Vessel Plate: As rolled for normal temperature low-pressure equipment
Low Alloy Pressure Vessel Plate: C-Mn low alloy grade, higher strength for medium temperature & medium pressure service
Low Temperature Pressure Vessel Plate: Ni-alloyed steel to guarantee low temperature toughness and prevent brittle fracture
Processing service: CNC cutting, edge beveling, dished head pressing, customized length cutting available.

Grades: Q245R, P235GH, P265GH, SA515 Gr60, A285 Gr.C Application: Equipment above -20℃, air receiver, normal pressure storage tank, general boiler shell
2. Low Alloy Pressure Vessel Plate
Grades: Q355R(Q345R), Q370R, 15CrMoR, 13MnNiMoR, P295GH, P355GH, SA516 Gr70, SA387 Gr11/Gr22 Application: Medium temperature & medium-high pressure vessels, heat exchangers, towers, spherical tanks, oil & gas storage equipment
3. Low Temperature Pressure Vessel Plate
Grades: 16MnDR, 09MnNiDR, 06Ni9DR, P275NL1, P355NL2, SA662 Gr.C, SA203 D/E Application: Cryogenic storage tank, LNG equipment, liquid ammonia & liquid nitrogen vessels, low temperature facilities
Standards: GB/T713, GB3531, EN10028, ASME SA516, ASME SA387
