1. Product Overview
Alloy steel pipe, also known as seamless alloy steel pipe, is a high-end seamless pipe with outstanding high temperature and high pressure resistance and low temperature and corrosion resistance.
Made of high-quality carbon steel substrate with precisely added chromium, molybdenum, nickel, vanadium and other alloy elements, refined through professional smelting, hot rolling, cold drawing and integral heat treatment processes.
Compared with ordinary carbon steel pipes and galvanized steel pipes, seamless alloy steel pipes feature higher mechanical strength, better high-temperature stability, excellent creep resistance and strong environmental adaptability.

3. Main Material Grades

Raw material re-inspection → Precision proportioning smelting → Billet heating → Piercing forming → Hot rolling / cold drawing precision rolling → Sizing and straightening → Heat treatment (Normalizing + Tempering) → Non-destructive testing → Internal and external wall finishing → Hydrostatic pressure test → Dimensional precision inspection → Marking & Packaging

12. Usage Precautions
Select matched material grades according to working conditions: High-alloy seamless alloy steel pipes such as 12Cr1MoVG and T22 are suitable for 600℃ high-temperature environments to exert optimalhigh temperature and high pressure resistance.
For acid-base corrosion and low-temperature delivery scenarios, adopt professional anti-corrosion seamless alloy steel pipes to strengthen low temperature and corrosion resistance and extend pipeline service life.
Use special supporting welding materials for on-site welding, and conduct non-destructive testing after welding to eliminate weld defects.
Ordinary carbon alloy pipes cannot be used for low-temperature working conditions; special low-temperature alloy materials are required to prevent brittle fracture.
Complete pressure test and tightness detection after installation to ensure stable operation and give full play to the pipe’s excellent comprehensive performance.
