Precision seamless steel tubes are manufactured by high-precision cold drawing and cold rolling processes, featuring high dimensional accuracy and excellent inner & outer surface finish. Extensive secondary machining is not required, widely used in machinery manufacturing, hydraulic & pneumatic systems, auto parts and construction machinery. We keep sufficient stock of Precision Seamless Steel Tube, Hydraulic Precision Steel Tube, Cold Rolled Precision Tube. Various materials available. Custom services including annealing, bright annealing, fixed-length cutting and mirror polishing are supported for domestic projects and export orders.

Even wall thickness without segregation, low risk of leakage under hydraulic test with high finished product rate.

✅ Extended applications: Plastic mold pipelines, engineering machinery precision structural parts, textile equipment pipelines
❌ Not suitable for high temperature & high pressure boiler service or environments with strong chemical corrosion
6. Production Process
Round billet inspection → Heating & piercing → Hot rolled tube shell preparation → Pickling & lubrication → Cold drawing / cold rolling forming → Heat treatment (annealing / bright annealing) → Straightening → NDT → Finishing & dimension recheck → Surface treatment → Marking & warehousing
7. Inspection Items
Visual & dimensional inspection, wall thickness uniformity test, tensile test, hardness test, eddy current testing, hydraulic leakage test. Mill test certificates are available for every batch of Precision Seamless Steel Tube, Hydraulic Precision Steel Tube, Cold Rolled Precision Tube. Third-party inspection by SGS and BV is acceptable.
8. Optional Deep Processing
Fixed-length cutting, pipe end chamfering, internal & external deburring
Bright annealing to eliminate processing stress
Internal & external polishing, pickling and passivation
Custom marking, anti-rust oil treatment, plastic film packaging
9. Packing & Transportation
Small OD tubes: Wrapped by plastic film and bundled with steel strips to avoid surface scratches
Medium & large tubes: Bundled separately with plastic end caps
Careful loading & unloading to prevent collision and surface abrasion
Truck and container transportation available for export
10. Trade Terms
MOQ: Small quantity acceptable for stock items; better price for bulk orders
Lead Time: 3–7 days for regular stock; 10–20 days for customized tubes with special tolerance, polishing or heat treatment
Payment Terms: T/T
Trade Terms: EXW / FOB / CFR / CIF
Weighing Mode: Theoretical weight or actual weight, negotiated by both parties
