1. Product Description
This professional coal dryer with integrated dust control system is specially designed for fine particle coal drying, focusing on solving severe dust overflow, fine material loss, low drying efficiency and poor environmental compliance caused by lightweight and easily floating fine coal particles. 2. Working Principle
The coal dryer for fine particle coal with dust control adopts intelligent hot air circulation drying and closed dust collection purification principle, realizing stable, efficient and dust-free dehydration treatment for fine coal materials. The pre-treated wet fine particle coal is stably and quantitatively sent into the fully sealed rotary drying drum through a closed feeding system. The internal optimized multi-stage lifting and scattering structure gently flips and disperses fine coal particles to form a uniform fluffy material curtain, ensuring full contact between fine coal and circulating hot air for gradient dehydration. Through accurate adjustment of hot air temperature, drum rotating speed and feeding volume, the equipment evenly removes surface and internal redundant moisture without causing excessive particle crushing. Meanwhile, the matched integrated dust control system synchronously collects, filters and purifies floating fine coal dust generated during drying. The purified air reaches environmental protection standards and is discharged, while recovered fine coal powder is recycled into the production process.
