Product Description
This 2 tph coal dryer for small coal plants is a compact, cost-effective drying unit tailored for small-scale coal processing scenarios. It stably processes 2 tons of raw coal, coal slime, lignite or granular coal per hour, reducing the final moisture of finished coal to below 15%, and effectively boosts coal calorific value while cutting transportation costs. It occupies a small floor area, requires no complex civil construction, and can be quickly put into operation after simple connection, perfectly matching the daily production demand of small coal plants.
Working Principle
Driven by a stable low-power transmission system, the inclined rotary drum runs at a preset low speed. Wet coal is fed into the drum, continuously lifted and scattered by built-in lifting plates to form a uniform material curtain, which fully contacts with hot flue gas. The moisture in coal is rapidly evaporated, the generated water vapor is discharged out of the machine along with the induced draft airflow, and the dried qualified coal is continuously output from the discharge port. The built-in anti-sticking lining effectively prevents high-viscosity coal from adhering to the drum inner wall, ensuring smooth operation.
