Technical Overview

This state-of-the-art solid-liquid separation equipment integrates high-efficiency, energy-saving and intelligent design, widely applied in environmental protection, chemical industry, mining and food processing sectors.

Our industrial wastewater solid-liquid separator is an innovative high-turbidity industrial wastewater treatment system that combines purely physical treatment with aerodynamic processes. It ranks among the preferred core equipment for municipal sewage treatment. After treatment by this unit, high-turbidity industrial wastewater meets standards for both reuse and discharge.

It handles wastewater generated from glass grinding, ceramic drilling, photovoltaic glass edge grinding, wire cutting, glass machining cutting fluid and other industrial processes. The machine boasts prominent strengths including simple operation, large water output, superior dewatering performance, small footprint, low operating cost and easy maintenance, making it the top choice for industrial wastewater treatment.

Working Principle

Industrial high-turbidity wastewater is pumped into the solid-liquid separation tank first. Driven by water pump pressure, liquid permeates multiple expandable filter cartridges installed inside the tank and flows out through the central pipeline as clarified treated water.

Solid particles and suspended solids that cannot pass through the filter media adhere to the surface of expandable filter cartridges. As operating time extends, sludge accumulates continuously and internal tank pressure rises accordingly. When pressure hits the preset threshold, the water pump shuts down and the liquid inside the tank is drained.

Subsequently, the vacuum pump activates to extract residual moisture inside the tank. Meanwhile, the heating unit and compressed air system force-dry the sludge. Once drying completes, the discharge valve opens to expel sludge out of the tank, marking the end of one full filtration and separation cycle. The system then automatically initiates the next operational cycle.
