Bellows seal trap
The thermo-sensitive element of bellows seal traps is bellows filled with volatile liquid,which employs the volatility of the liquid and flexibility of the bellows.When temperature of the steam pipe goes up,the liquid volatilizes into gas,the size expands and produces pressure to impel bellows to stretch.In contrast,when temperature of the steam pipe goes down to the temperature for gas to turn into liquid,the size gets smaller and the bellows contract due to lack of impetus.

2.Capability to prevent discharge of high-temperature condensate so as to maintain heat energy of the steam pipe.
3.Continuous water discharge without noise.
4.Free from the effect of small fluctuation of steam pressure.

6.Improvement of discharge capacity condensate by increasing diameter of bellows.
7.Good air diameter performance with resistance to coldness.
8.Zero leakage and backpressure ratio up to 75%.
