Service Introduction
We provide specialized DDP (Delivered‑Duty‑Paid) logistics solution for high‑power lithium‑ion batteries from mainland China to all states across the United States. Our full‑chain service covers goods collection at our China‑based warehouse, Hong‑Kong cargo‑plane transportation, China export customs filing, US import clearance complying with FAA, IATA‑DGR and PHMSA rules, tariff and tax payment, and final door‑to‑door delivery throughout the US.
Our whole operation follows IATA‑DGR dangerous‑goods provisions, US DOT‑PHMSA transport standards as well as state‑mandated battery EPR recycling requirements. We accept standalone lithium‑ion cells and battery packs rated between 100WH‑160WH after formal airline approval. For batteries rated higher than 160WH, we provide sea DG freight service as an alternative solution.
Our licensed US local customs brokers handle import formalities once goods arrive at Los Angeles LAX Airport, JFK New‑York Airport or Houston Airport. Buyers can track real‑time shipment progress with the tracking number we issue.
Acceptable Goods & Required Documents
Qualified Cargo: Brand‑new lithium‑ion power cells and energy‑storage battery packs (100‑160WH). Bloated, damaged, used or refurbished batteries will not be accepted for shipment.
Documents required from shipper: UN38.3 test report, GHS‑MSDS, UN‑certified packing certificate and detailed battery specification sheets. Shippers shall finish corresponding state‑level battery EPR registration according to local rules in the receiving US state. The state‑of‑charge of lithium‑ion batteries shall be controlled within 30% to satisfy FAA and global air‑transport standardsFederal Av....
Packing requirements: We adopt UN‑approved Class‑9 dangerous‑goods cartons. Battery terminals are insulated properly to prevent short‑circuit. Standard Class‑9 hazard labels and UN marks are attached strictly following IATA‑DGR standards to lower inspection risks.

‑ Goods receiving and cargo inspection at our warehouse in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.‑ Document verification and formal China export customs declaration.‑ Inland trucking service to our warehouse for shipments from different cities in Guangdong.
International Air‑Freight Segment
‑ Secure long‑term dedicated cargo‑plane space in Hong‑Kong International Airport.‑ Finish airline’s DG approval and submit complete dangerous‑goods filing documents for airlines’ review.
United‑States‑Side Services
‑ Formal import declaration, duty and sales tax payment, short‑period warehouse storage.‑ Priority delivery for downtown districts of Los Angeles, New York and Houston. Extra delivery fees for remote areas will be informed to clients before shipment.
After‑sales Support
Our dedicated logistics coordinator follows up each shipment throughout transit. If US Customs carries out routine inspection, our local team will supplement required documents properly and strive for cargo release. We update shipment status timely for our clients.
Important Shipment Terms
Shippers must declare actual WH value and cargo value truthfully. Under‑declaration will raise customs‑inspection risks. All detention charges and return fees caused by false declaration shall be borne by cargo owners.
Customs inspection is a regular part of international transportation. Delivery period may be extended during official examination. Our team will make reasonable efforts to assist clearance but we cannot guarantee fixed transit time.
Counterfeit items and goods restricted by Chinese export laws and US import policies are excluded from our service scope.
Reinforced cartons or pallets are recommended for outer‑packaging to protect batteries against compression damage during transit.
Standard Cooperation Procedure
Clients provide battery specifications, gross weight, package dimensions, WH rating and US delivery address, then we prepare a reasonable freight quotation accordingly.
Deliver goods to our designated warehouse or arrange pickup service as mutually agreed.
Our staff inspect cargo and verify documents, then book flights after airline’s DG approval.
We send tracking number for clients to view shipment status online.
