Service Introduction
We provide specialized DDP (Delivered‑Duty‑Paid) logistics solutions for high‑power lithium‑ion batteries shipped from mainland China to all regions of Poland. Our full‑chain service covers warehouse collection in Dongguan, Hong‑Kong cargo‑plane transportation, China export customs filing, Poland import clearance in compliance with IATA‑DGR provisions, EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542 and Polish REO‑PL EPR recycling rules, duty and VAT payment and final door‑to‑door delivery across Poland.
All our operations comply with global IATA‑DGR dangerous‑goods standards and local battery‑EPR requirements supervised by REO‑PL in Poland. We accept brand‑new standalone lithium‑ion cells and battery packs rated from 100WH‑160WH after official airline DG approval. For batteries exceeding 160WH, we offer sea DG freight service as a practical alternative solution.
Our locally licensed Polish customs brokers handle import formalities once goods arrive at Warsaw Chopin Airport, Krakow Balice Airport or Wroclaw Airport. Buyers can track real‑time shipment progress with the tracking number we issue.
Acceptable Goods & Required Documents
Qualified Cargo: Brand‑new lithium‑ion power cells and energy‑storage battery packs ranging from 100‑160WH. Bloated, damaged, used or refurbished batteries will not be accepted for transportation.
Required documents for shippers: UN38.3 test report, GHS‑MSDS, UN‑certified packing certificate and detailed battery specification sheets. Shippers need to finish Poland battery‑EPR registration via the REO‑PL system according to EU and Polish environmental laws. The state‑of‑charge of lithium‑ion batteries shall be controlled within 30% to meet IATA‑DGR aviation‑safety standards. All declared information must be consistent with actual cargo parameters.
Packing standards: We adopt UN‑approved Class‑9 dangerous‑goods cartons. Battery terminals are insulated properly to prevent short‑circuit. Standard Class‑9 hazard labels and UN identification marks are attached strictly following IATA‑DGR standards to lower inspection risks.

China‑Side Services
‑ Goods receiving and cargo inspection at our warehouse in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.‑ Document verification and formal China export customs declaration.‑ Inland trucking service to our warehouse for shipments from different cities across Guangdong Province.
International Air‑Freight Segment
‑ Secure long‑term dedicated cargo‑plane space in Hong‑Kong International Airport.‑ Complete airline’s DG approval and submit full‑set dangerous‑goods filing documents for airline’s official review.
Poland‑Side Services
‑ Formal import declaration, duty and VAT payment, short‑period warehouse storage at Warsaw airport cargo zone.‑ Priority delivery for downtown Warsaw, Krakow and Wroclaw. Extra delivery fees for remote mountain areas and rural towns will be notified to clients before shipment.
After‑sales Support
Our dedicated logistics coordinator monitors each shipment throughout transit. If Polish Customs carries out routine inspection, our local team will supplement required documents appropriately and make reasonable efforts for cargo release. We update shipment status to clients in a timely manner.
Important Shipment Terms
Shippers must declare actual WH value and cargo value truthfully. Under‑declaration will increase customs‑inspection risks. All detention charges and return‑shipping fees resulting from false declaration shall be borne by cargo owners.
Customs inspection is a regular part of international logistics. Transit duration may be extended during official examination. Our team will actively assist with clearance but we cannot guarantee fixed transit time or 100% customs‑passing results.
Counterfeit items and goods restricted by Chinese export regulations and Polish import policies are excluded from our service scope.
Reinforced cartons or pallets are recommended for outer‑packaging to prevent batteries from compression damage during transit.
Standard Cooperation Procedure
Clients provide battery specifications, gross weight, package dimensions, WH rating and Polish delivery address, then we prepare a reasonable freight quotation accordingly.
Deliver goods to our designated warehouse or arrange pickup service as mutually agreed.
Our staff inspect cargo and verify documents, then book flights after airline’s DG approval.
We provide a tracking number for clients to check shipment status online.
