We deliver specialized DDP (Delivered‑Duty‑Paid) logistics solutions for high‑power lithium‑ion batteries from mainland China to all cities across Austria. Our full‑cycle service includes warehouse receiving in Dongguan, Hong‑Kong cargo‑plane transportation, China export customs filing, Austria import clearance complying with IATA‑DGR provisions, EU Battery Regulation 2023/1542 and EU‑wide battery‑EPR recycling rules, duty and VAT payment and final door‑to‑door delivery all over Austria.
Our operations abide by global IATA‑DGR dangerous‑goods standards and EU‑level EPR requirements applicable for Austria. We accept standalone lithium‑ion cells and battery packs rated from 100WH‑160WH after formal airline DG approval. For batteries exceeding 160WH, we provide sea DG freight service as a feasible alternative solution.
Our locally licensed Austrian customs brokers complete import formalities after goods arrive at Vienna International Airport, Salzburg Airport or Graz Airport. Buyers can check real‑time shipment progress via the tracking number we provide.
Acceptable Goods & Required Documents
Qualified Cargo: Brand‑new lithium‑ion power cells and energy‑storage battery packs (100‑160WH). Bloated, damaged, used or refurbished batteries will not be accepted for shipment.
Documents required from shipper: UN38.3 test report, GHS‑MSDS, UN‑certified packing certificate and detailed battery specification sheets. Shippers shall complete mandatory EU battery‑EPR registration according to EU 2023/1542 rules before import. The state‑of‑charge of lithium‑ion batteries must be kept within 30% to satisfy IATA‑DGR aviation‑safety standards. All declared information should match actual cargo parameters.
Packing standards: We adopt UN‑approved Class‑9 dangerous‑goods cartons. Battery terminals are insulated properly to prevent short‑circuit. Standard Class‑9 hazard labels and UN marks are attached strictly following IATA‑DGR standards to lower inspection‑risk.

China‑Side Services
‑ Goods receiving and cargo inspection at our warehouse in Dongguan, Guangdong Province.‑ Document verification and formal China export customs declaration.‑ Inland trucking service to our warehouse for shipments from different cities across Guangdong Province.
International Air‑Freight Segment
‑ Secure long‑term dedicated cargo‑plane space in Hong‑Kong International Airport.‑ Finish airline’s DG approval and submit complete dangerous‑goods filing documents for airline’s official review.
Austria‑Side Services
‑ Formal import declaration, duty and VAT payment, short‑period warehouse storage at Vienna Airport cargo terminal.‑ Priority delivery for downtown Vienna, Salzburg and Graz. Extra delivery fees for remote mountain areas and rural alpine zones will be informed to clients before shipment.
After‑sales Support
Our dedicated logistics coordinator follows up each shipment during transit. If Austrian Customs conducts routine inspection, our local team will supplement required documents properly and strive for cargo release. We update shipment status timely for our clients.
Important Shipment Terms
Shippers must declare actual WH value and cargo value truthfully. Under‑declaration will raise customs‑inspection risks. All detention charges and return fees caused by false declaration shall be borne by cargo owners.
Customs inspection is a regular part of international transportation. Transit time may be extended during official examination. Our team will make reasonable efforts to assist clearance but we cannot guarantee fixed transit time or successful customs‑clearance result.
Counterfeit items and goods restricted by Chinese export laws and Austrian import policies are excluded from our service scope.
Reinforced cartons or pallets are recommended for outer‑packaging to protect batteries against compression damage during transit.
