Service Introduction
We specialize in EU cross-border dangerous goods logistics and launch a dedicated DDP air freight line for high-power lithium batteries from Dongguan to the Netherlands. This service solves compliant logistics problems for the export of high-power energy storage batteries and power batteries to the Netherlands.
All shipping procedures strictly follow international aviation dangerous goods standards, EU battery regulations and local Dutch EPR compliance requirements. We provide standardized document preparation and compliant declaration procedures to support stable battery export for domestic new energy enterprises.
All goods are collected at our certified warehouse in Dongguan. We conduct cargo inspection, appearance check and document verification before arranging inland trucking to Hong Kong Airport. With stable cargo aircraft space reservation, goods will be shipped regularly. After arriving at Amsterdam Airport or Rotterdam Airport, our long-term cooperative local customs brokers will complete import declaration, tax payment and customs verification. After customs clearance, professional local couriers deliver goods to designated addresses, realizing one-stop door-to-door logistics service. Real-time shipment tracking is available for all clients.
Shipping Requirements & Compliance Documents
1. Acceptable Cargo Scope: Only brand-new and undamaged lithium batteries, energy storage battery packs and independent cells with power ranging from 100WH to 160WH. Second-hand, refurbished, faulty and bloated batteries are excluded from shipment.
2. Required Documents: Shippers need to provide UN38.3 test report, GHS-MSDS certificate, dangerous goods packing certificate and battery parameter list. For batteries exported to the Netherlands, complete Stichting OPEN EPR registration in advance to ensure all document information is consistent with actual goods, meeting Dutch customs and environmental supervision requirements. The battery state of charge shall be controlled within 30% to meet international air transport standards.
3. Packing Standards: Insulate battery electrodes to avoid short circuit risks. Adopt UN-certified dangerous goods cartons and paste standard Class 9 hazard labels and UN marks. All packages are processed in accordance with aviation dangerous goods packing standards to reduce inspection risks.
4. Solution for Ultra-High-Power Batteries: Batteries over 160WH are not applicable for air freight. We provide professional sea DG dangerous goods shipping solutions as an alternative option.

Domestic Services: Warehouse receiving, cargo safety inspection, document sorting and verification, export compliant declaration. Door-to-door pickup and trucking warehousing services are available for goods from cities in Guangdong Province.
International Air Freight Services: Fixed flight space reservation in Hong Kong Airport, airline dangerous goods approval, complete dangerous goods document submission and stable space guarantee.
Destination Services: Local compliant customs clearance, tariff and VAT payment, short-term warehousing and nationwide last-mile delivery. Priority delivery for core urban areas. Extra fees for remote areas will be confirmed in advance without hidden charges.
After-sales Support: Professional logistics specialists track every shipment throughout the whole process. In case of routine customs inspection, our local team will supplement relevant documents actively to promote cargo release and update shipment status timely.
Shipping Notes
1. All battery parameters and cargo value must be declared truthfully. False declaration will increase customs inspection and detention risks. All resulting detention fees, storage fees and return freight fees shall be borne by the shipper.
2. Customs random inspection is a conventional part of international logistics. Transit time may be extended due to official in-depth inspection. We will fully cooperate with relevant procedures without absolute guarantee of fixed delivery time or inspection pass.
3. Counterfeit products and goods prohibited from export by national regulations are not accepted.
4. Reinforced cartons or pallet packaging is recommended for outer packing. Shockproof, moisture-proof and extrusion-proof measures are required to protect batteries during transportation.
