Dibutylphthalate (DBP) ELISA Test Kit - CH580912
This high-performance ELISA test kit provides reliable detection of dibutylphthalate (DBP) in various edible oils with excellent stability and reproducibility. The kit supports single-point calibration for quantitative analysis and can test up to 47 samples simultaneously.

Rapeseed oil, soybean oil, peanut oil, corn oil, blended oil, and other animal and vegetable edible oils.
Required Materials (Not Provided)
Dimethyl sulfoxide, analytical pure
Deionized water
5mL glass centrifuge tube
2mL glass vial
Sample Preparation - Edible Oils
Weigh 1.5±0.01g of oil sample into a 5mL glass centrifuge tube
Add 1.5mL of dimethyl sulfoxide and shake for 3 minutes
Centrifuge at 4000rpm for 1 minute
Discard the upper liquid layer, take 1mL of the lower layer and add to purification tube
Add 0.2mL of DBP purification reagent A and shake for 1 minute
Centrifuge at 4000 RPM for 1 minute
Take 0.1mL of supernatant and add to 0.9mL of sample diluent, vortex for 15 seconds
Sample dilution factor: 10
Operating Procedure
Before starting: Remove test kit from 2-8℃ refrigerator and balance at 20-28℃ room temperature for at least 1 hour.
Reagent Preparation
Washing solution (1*): Mix 1 volume of 20* concentrated washing solution with 19 volumes of deionized water.
Remove appropriate number of balanced strips, return remainder to aluminum film bag
Add 150μL of DBP activation reagent to microwells; tap board frame gently
Cover plate, stand at 20-28℃ for 5 minutes, pour out and pat dry
Add 50μL of standard/sample to corresponding microwells
Add 50μL of enzyme conjugate and 50μL of antibody to all microwells; tap board frame gently
Cover plate and incubate at 20-28℃ for 20 minutes. Pour out liquid
Fill micropores with washing solution, soak 15 seconds, pour out. Repeat 4 times (total 5 washes)
Add 100μL of substrate to microwells, tap plate rack gently, cover and incubate at 20-28℃ for 10 minutes
Remove plate patch, add 100μL of stop solution to microwells, tap plate frame gently
Take reading at wavelength of 450/630nm
