🔹 Product Overview
The LY1100 Laboratory Shaking Table is a compact wet gravity separation device designed for mineral beneficiation laboratory testing, pilot plant sampling, and small-scale gold / tin / tungsten concentrating. With a deck size of approx. 1100×500 mm, it simulates the separation performance of full-size 6-S shaking tables on a miniature scale.
It is ideal for universities, geological survey institutes, and mining labs to conduct ore amenability studies, process flow determination, and small-batch concentrate cleaning of gold (alluvial & hard rock), cassiterite, wolframite, coltan, chromite, zircon, etc.—before scaling up to production equipment.
🔹 Working Principle
Driven by an electric motor through an eccentric linkage, the FRP deck performs an asymmetric reciprocating motion (slow forward – rapid return). Ore pulp is fed from the upper corner of the deck; transverse wash water flows from the side trough.
Under the combined action of deck vibration, gravity, and lateral water flow:

Heavy minerals (high specific gravity) settle into the riffles and migrate diagonally toward the concentrate discharge zone.

Light gangue minerals are washed downslope and exit as tailings.
-
An intermediate fraction (middlings) is also collected.
This achieves one-pass separation into Concentrate – Middlings – Tailings with no chemicals required—perfect for observing mineral behavior in lab tests.
