This series of products is designed as defoamers for the entire process of textile dyeing at high, medium, and high temperatures. Its outstanding advantage is that it can be used stably under high temperature (130-150 degrees) strong acid and alkali conditions without breaking the emulsion and causing oil bleaching failure. High product content, low viscosity, and long foam suppression time; The product has good temperature resistance and stability, and is not easy to break or float oil. It is an excellent defoamer and defoamer. It has better defoaming performance in high temperature and high pressure environments, and can be effective at a very low dosage, reducing the time required for the process and thus increasing production.

Instructions for using defoamers
This product is a concentrated lotion, which needs to be diluted with low viscosity thickening water to a concentration of 2-5%, and then added with a dosage of 0.1%. -0.5%. An appropriate amount of defoamer can effectively prevent and eliminate foam. Do not overuse it. Before use, it should be stirred appropriately and diluted with water or thickening water to obtain the desired defoamer solution for better results. Defoamer shall be added before foaming liquid is foamed, so as to prevent foam and eliminate foam more effectively.
Application fields of defoamers
Polyester fiber, high and medium temperature dyeing, high temperature overflow dyeing, jet dyeing, high temperature dyeing of polyester fabrics, polyester cotton textile dyeing process, water treatment, textile auxiliaries, bleaching, sizing, etc. Dyeing of polyester and cotton fabric; Various high room temperature dyeing processes; Suitable for aqueous systems up to 150 ℃; Strong alkaline system; Dye chemical synthesis process, other aqueous foam.
Packaging, storage and transportation of defoamers
It can be stored for more than six months in an environment around 25 ℃. Do not expose to direct sunlight; 25kg and 50kg plastic drum packaging; 200kg packaging or packaging according to customer requirements.
