CU-60FE Silicone Defoamer
Product Overview:
This product is a nearly 100% active, dilutable defoaming concentrate that achieves the same long-lasting performance as traditional defoamers with minimal usage. It exhibits excellent compatibility with various systems and, when used at recommended dosages, has minimal impact on system transparency.

Product Features
1. Transparent and water-soluble, with no precipitation or floating; stable for long-term storage and does not affect the appearance of the system.
2. Acid and alkali resistant, salt resistant, heat resistant, high-speed shear resistant, with good and extensive adaptability in formulation
3. The material composition does not contain NP or APEO; it excludes substances listed in the SVHC inventory under REACH regulations; and it does not include substances restricted under the RoHS Directive (Restriction of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Application fields:
1. For household cleaning products, including laundry detergents, bathtub and bathroom cleaners, glass cleaners, polishes, floor care products, and automotive care products
2. Washing, scouring, dyeing, and finishing processes in the textile and leather industries, as well as the internal addition of textile and leather auxiliaries, including pre-treatment refining agents and fabric softeners
3. Water-based ink, water-based coatings, water-based adhesives
4. Foam control must be added internally in formulations of agricultural chemicals and plant growth regulators
5. Cleaning of Electronic Circuit Boards and Industrial Cleaning
6. Water-based lubricants, cutting fluids, wire cutting fluids, coolants, antifreeze, and chemical additives for oil fields
7. Products requiring high transparency in various water-based systems
Usage:
R1: "Foam" must be translated as foam. Directly add the product according to the specified ratio or in situations requiring foam control. The recommended dosage for this product is 0.1%. -2%. (On the basis of the total formula), due to differences in systems and process variations, it is recommended to conduct thorough experiments before use to determine the dosage.
Packaging and Storage: Packaged in 25 kg or ton barrels. This product is a general chemical and not classified as hazardous. Store in a cool, dry warehouse with a shelf life of 12 months.
