Overview of defoamer products
1、 Product Overview
This product is composed of fatty acid esters, organic hydroxyl compounds, and other surfactants. It is a completely silicon free defoamer and a specialized defoamer for papermaking; Its chemical action is to eliminate the foam of white water, which generates a large number of foam due to the recycling of white water. After the initial addition, due to the strong anti foaming performance of this product, the amount of defoamer used will gradually decrease. This product can not only quickly eliminate the foam on the water surface, but also quickly remove the micro bubbles adsorbed on the fiber in the water. It has the advantages of low dosage, fast defoaming, and long-lasting foam inhibition.

Application fields of defoamers
1. Eliminate surface foam containing rosin gum and remove bubbles adsorbed on fibers in water. 2. The surface foam of the papermaking white water system containing modified starch and the bubbles adsorbed on the fiber during dehydration are eliminated. 3. Instructions for using defoamers
1) Add it to the offline white water tank using a metering pump, with a dosage of approximately 150-300g per ton of finished paper;
2) Other systems: Addition amount of 0.1% -0.5%.
Packaging, storage and transportation of defoamers
According to general chemical storage methods, avoid low and high temperatures. In winter, if the viscosity is high, slight heating can improve the fluidity. 25kg/200kg/1000kg drum
