Overview of defoamer products
This product series is a new type of pulp specific defoamer synthesized from special additives such as modified polysiloxane, silicone resin, white carbon black, dispersants, and stabilizers. It can quickly eliminate the foam generated by lignin and other surfactants, and has excellent effect in pulping, washing, papermaking sizing. It has rapid defoaming, excellent foam suppression, low dosage, and no late pollution. In the black liquor system, this product has the most advanced technology in China, and compared with similar products in China, it has less dosage and more thorough foam suppression.

Instructions for using defoamers
Before use in the pulping or washing process, dilute with 1-5 times the amount of thickening water before adding. The general dosage is 300-800 grams per ton of slurry; The usage amount is 0.1% -0.3% of the total slurry system, which can be adjusted according to the on-site situation. If the defoamer has been diluted, it should be used up within a short period of time.
Application fields of defoamers
Defoamer and foam suppression in chemical cleaning of alkaline pulp or pressure washer/pulp washing/bamboo pulp/sugarcane pulp/neutral pulp/water treatment/plant fiber pulp/high-temperature strong alkali, as well as defoaming in high-temperature strong alkali aqueous systems; A system with high requirements for foam suppression.
Packaging, storage and transportation of defoamers
This product is packaged in 200kg drums or 1-ton boxes, or according to customer needs. Suitable for room temperature storage, avoid direct sunlight exposure, and have a storage period of one year. Transport as general cargo.
