Micro motor high carbon resistance ultra-thin PCB is a specially customized ultra-thin resistive circuit board for micro motors and precision drive equipment. It is made using high-precision carbon film solder mask technology and ultra-thin substrate pressing, replacing traditional wire wound resistors and surface mount resistor structures, achieving on-board integrated resistance control, extreme ultra-thin, stable resistance, temperature and wear resistance. It is the core supporting board for noise reduction, voltage regulation, current limiting, and speed regulation of micro motors.
Compared with ordinary PCBs, the core highlights of this special high carbon resistance plate for motors are: its own precise carbon resistance, extremely thin thickness, high resistance consistency, anti-aging, and adaptation to the operation of high-frequency high-speed motors. 1. High precision carbon resistance process, stable and controllable resistance value
Precision printed carbon film resistor layer on the board, with uniform resistance and minimal error, high batch consistency, can accurately achieve motor current limiting, voltage reduction, speed regulation, and voltage stabilization functions, eliminating the problems of motor speed fluctuation and unstable working current, greatly improving motor operation accuracy.
2. Extremely ultra-thin and lightweight, suitable for micro spaces
Using high-end ultra-thin substrates, the finished product thickness can reach 0.1mm-0.4mm, with a flat and lightweight surface that does not occupy internal space of the device. Batch finished products undergo 100% inspection through E-SET testing rack. The appearance is 100% inspected by fully automated finished product testing equipment and FQC. PCBA undergoes automatic optical inspection (AOI), 100% X-ray inspection of BGA parts, and first article inspection (FAI). PCBA products that require software burning must undergo 100% comprehensive testing on the finished product testing rack according to product functional requirements before they can be shipped. |
