Working Mechanism and Product Features
The core design concept of this series of products is to form a stable austenitic matrix and carbide strengthening phase by reasonably adding alloying elements such as chromium, nickel, tungsten and molybdenum. The specific mechanism is as follows:
· Heat-resistant 45Cr14Ni14W2Mo: With a carbon content of about 0.45%, combined with 14% chromium and 14% nickel, a dense Cr₂O₃ oxide film is formed at high temperatures; tungsten (about 2%) and molybdenum (about 0.5%) enter the solid solution and precipitate M₂₃C₆-type carbides, which effectively pin the grain boundaries and significantly improve the high-temperature creep strength.
· Corrosion-resistant S32590: By adjusting the ratio of chromium, nickel and molybdenum (reference composition: Cr ≥25%, Ni ≥20%, Mo ≥4%), this grade shows super strong pitting corrosion resistance and crevice corrosion resistance in reducing media, and is widely used in components such as chemical heat exchangers and valves that are in contact with highly corrosive fluids.
· 40Cr14Ni14W2Mo: Compared with the 45Cr series, the carbon content is slightly lower (about 0.40%), which balances strength and plasticity and is more suitable for subsequent processing such as forging and cold drawing.
