1. Product Introduction
The 300 TPH Double Roller Crusher Industrial Line is a heavy-duty, high-capacity crushing system engineered to process 300 tons of material per hour. Designed for large-scale mining, cement plants, metallurgy, and coal preparation industries, this industrial line utilizes two massive, horizontally aligned rollers rotating toward each other. It serves as a highly efficient solution for the secondary, tertiary, or fine crushing of medium-hard materials such as coal, oil shale, limestone, slag, and clinker.
2. Working Principle
Regulated Feeding: Material is uniformly fed into the crushing chamber via an automated industrial feeder to ensure maximum throughput.
Dual-Roller Compression: Two powerful rollers, driven by independent heavy-duty motors, rotate inward. The friction traps the material and pulls it through the gap, crushing it via intense mechanical compression and shear forces.
Controlled Discharge: Material crushed below the pre-set roller clearance falls freely out of the bottom discharge chute via gravity.
Advanced Hydraulic Protection: An intelligent hydraulic system monitors pressure. If an uncrushable object (like tramp metal) enters, the system instantly retracts one roller to let the object pass safely, then automatically resets to maintain continuous operation.
