The Forced Circulation MVR Evaporator operates on the principle of mechanical vapor recompression. Feed liquid enters the circulation loop and is heated by a heat exchanger. The forced circulation pump ensures high velocity across the tube bundle, minimizing fouling. Vapor generated in the separator is drawn into a compressor, where its pressure and temperature are elevated. This compressed vapor then condenses inside the heat exchanger, releasing latent heat to the incoming liquid. The condensate is collected as distilled water (if applicable) or recycled.
