Electronic Waste Circuit Board Dismantling Machine and PCB Boards Dismantling Machine E-Scrap Separation System
The PCB Electronic Components Dismantling Machine is designed as a high-efficiency preprocessing solution for electronic waste recycling. By automatically removing electronic components from waste circuit boards, the system helps recyclers recover valuable materials more efficiently while preparing stripped PCBs for downstream crushing and separation processes.
The dismantling process combines controlled heating with mechanical separation. Circuit boards are heated to a specific temperature range that softens and melts the solder connecting electronic components to the board surface. Once the solder bond is released, the rotating drum gently tumbles the material, allowing components, solder residues, and bare boards to separate naturally through mechanical action. The recovered materials are then discharged independently for further processing and metal recovery.
