Waste Aluminium Steel Wire Cutting Machine ACSR Cable Cutting Sorting Recycling Machine
The ACSR (Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced) cable recycling machine is an industrial system designed to process large-capacity overhead transmission lines. It recovers steel and aluminum from used power cables by combining a front-end pre-shredding process with a back-end magnetic separation system.
The recycling process begins with automatic feeding and size reduction. Heavy-duty cables are conveyed into the shredding system, where high-strength alloy blades cut the material into uniform segments. This controlled shredding action loosens the aluminum strands from the steel core while preparing the material for efficient downstream separation.
After shredding, the processed material passes through a magnetic separation system. Utilizing the magnetic properties of steel, the separator efficiently extracts ferrous components from the mixed material stream, leaving behind clean aluminum fractions. This mechanical process enables high-purity recovery of both metals without the need for manual stripping, burning, or other environmentally harmful methods.
