I. Working Principle

The oil-free vortex core consists of two precision vortex disk plates, the moving disk and the stationary disk. The motor drives the moving disk to perform circular motion, and the two disks mesh with each other to form a continuous and sealed volume cavity. Air is drawn in from the periphery, and the cavity continuously contracts and compresses. Throughout the process, no lubricating oil participates in the compression cavity; only a small amount of special lubricating grease is used to isolate the air path. The compressed air does not come into contact with oil and produces a pure oil-free source.

II. Core Structure Composition

Main unit vortex machine head

High-precision aluminum alloy vortex disk, coated for anti-corrosion and wear resistance. The compression cavity is completely oil-free designed. There is no oil seal or oil mixture process.

Drive system

Two types: fixed frequency / permanent magnet variable frequency. The variable frequency model can automatically adjust the speed according to the gas usage, with extremely low no-load loss; the motor is fully enclosed dust-proof and moisture-proof.

Cooling system

Large air volume axial fan + large area heat dissipation fins, continuously removing the compression heat, with low temperature rise, ensuring long-term continuous operation.

Air path purification component

Standard: intake filter, precision oil-water separator (only for separating condensate water), storage tank. Optional: cold dryer, precision filter, for further water and dust removal.

Electrical control system

Intelligent digital display panel, real-time display of pressure, temperature, operating time, fault code, automatic start-stop, overload, high temperature, phase loss multiple protection.

Frame and sound insulation shell

Fully enclosed sound box, built-in sound-absorbing cotton, shock-absorbing foot pads to reduce vibration, the entire machine is small in size, can be placed against the wall indoors.

The rotor is highly precise and must not be subjected to dust particles; a pre-filter must be installed;

Long-term operation at extremely high pressure will shorten the lifespan of the machine head; it needs to be matched with the rated pressure condition.
