I. Product Overview
This equipment is a PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) nitrogen generator, a new generation of on-site gas production industrial equipment. It relies on mature air separation technology and uses compressed air as the raw material. Without the need for external liquid nitrogen or liquid nitrogen supply, it can produce high-purity industrial nitrogen on-site. The entire machine integrates air pre-treatment, oxygen and nitrogen separation, pressure stabilization and transportation, and intelligent control. It has a compact structure, high automation level, stable and safe operation, and is widely applicable to various industrial production gas scenarios. It can be customized according to customer flow, purity, and working conditions requirements.
II. Working Principle
By utilizing the unique sieve adsorption characteristics of carbon molecular sieves, oxygen molecules diffuse faster and are easily adsorbed by the molecular sieves, while nitrogen gas flows smoothly and completes the separation. The equipment is equipped with two adsorption towers that alternate in working cycle. One tower is pressurized for adsorption to produce nitrogen gas, while the other tower is depressurized for desorption to complete the regeneration of the molecular sieves. The continuous production of gas is uninterrupted. The compressed air is first filtered to remove oil, water, and dryness, and then enters the main unit for separation. Finally, pure and stable nitrogen gas is produced, and the entire process is automated and cyclic.
