A soft forming edge banding machine is a specialized automatic device for seamless edge treatment on profiled, curved, and straight panels, widely used in high-end custom furniture.
It integrates pre‑milling, gluing, profile forming, pressing, trimming, corner rounding, scraping and buffing in one line. With smart CNC control, it enables one‑button switching between straight edges and various soft profiles like J‑shape, 45° bevel, full arc and duckbill arc.
Designed for MDF, particleboard and plywood, it works with PVC, ABS, PP and melamine edge bands (0.3–3 mm thick) . Equipped with EVA/PUR glue systems, it delivers strong, invisible bonds with high water and heat resistance .
The heavy‑duty body and servo‑driven units ensure stable high‑speed operation (18–26 m/min) and precise finishing. Ideal for cabinet doors, wardrobes and office furniture, it boosts productivity while meeting premium design demands。
