1. Outer Circle Turning
The wood lathe drives the wood to rotate at a high speed through the main spindle. With uniform feed of turning tools, it performs precise outer circle cutting on solid wood materials. It is widely used for processing round rods, wooden columns, furniture round legs, tool handles and other rotary woodwork. 3. End Face Finishing
This function levels and trims both ends of wood blanks, ensuring the end face is perpendicular to the spindle axis. It accurately controls the overall length of workpieces, removes burrs and uneven surfaces of raw materials, and provides standard flat datum for subsequent finishing and assembly.
4. Special-shaped & Curved Turning
The machine supports integral forming of arcs, cones, vase shapes, gourd shapes and other irregular curved surfaces. With profile turning tools and copying brackets, it can process stair column heads, decorative wood ornaments and artistic crafts with smooth lines and strong three-dimensional effect.
5. Wood Thread Cutting
With optional thread turning tools, the lathe can process standard external threads on wooden surfaces. It is applicable to solid wood connectors, wooden bottle caps and assembled wood parts. The processed threads are precise and closely matched, ensuring stable assembly performance of wooden structural parts.
6. Integrated Sanding & Polishing
Workpieces rotate stably at low speed, allowing direct sanding and polishing without secondary clamping. It completes turning and polishing in one setup, greatly improving surface smoothness, simplifying processing procedures and enhancing finished product texture.
7. Multi-accessory Expandable Processing
Matched with three-jaw chucks, center thimbles, copying brackets and special-shaped fixtures, the machine can process long and short wood materials, irregular blanks and eccentric workpieces. It realizes multi-purpose use, covering industrial mass production and personalized custom craft processing with high cost performance.
