The PUR868 automatic edge banding machine is a high-speed and high-precision integrated edge banding equipment for high-end customized furniture production lines. It is specially developed for the processing of panel furniture such as cabinets, wardrobes, whole-house customization and high-end solid wood furniture.
Equipped with a mature PUR hot melt adhesive system, the equipment adopts moisture-curing reactive glue for board edge banding, different from the traditional EVA edge banding process. It features ultra-fine and almost invisible glue lines, high bonding strength, high temperature resistance, waterproof and moisture-proof performance, which thoroughly solves the industry problems of edge cracking, glue peeling and edge falling off. It is the core equipment for mass production of high-end furniture.
Adopting a heavy-duty body structure, the machine runs stably with low vibration. Equipped with an industrial PLC intelligent control system, it realizes fully automatic board processing with minimal manual operation. It integrates complete processes including pre-milling, gluing, pressing, rough trimming, fine trimming, corner rounding, edge scraping and buffing, with complete functions and strong compatibility to meet the precision edge banding requirements of various high-end boards.

1. High-end PUR Edge Banding Technology: Adopts moisture-curing reactive PUR glue. The glue cures with moisture in the air with firm and non-rebound bonding performance. It is high and low temperature resistant, waterproof and mildew proof. The invisible edge banding gap fully meets the process standards of light luxury and minimalist high-end furniture.
2. High-efficiency Mass Production: The feeding speed reaches 18-26 meters per minute, maintaining high edge banding precision even at high-speed operation. It is suitable for large-scale and standardized assembly line production of large furniture factories and greatly improves production efficiency.
3. Wide Board Compatibility: It can process mainstream furniture boards such as MDF, particle board, multi-layer solid wood board, plywood and aluminum honeycomb board. It supports edge banding strips from 0.3mm to 3mm thick and boards from 10mm to 60mm thick with strong universality.
4. High Precision and Stability: Equipped with high-precision guide rails, encoders and servo control system, it ensures smooth pre-milling and trimming as well as uniform and rounded corner arcs. The heavy-duty body structure effectively offsets vibration during high-speed operation, ensuring low failure rate and long service life for long-term continuous operation.
5. Integrated Automatic Process: The complete edge banding process from board pretreatment to post-polishing is completed in one time. The finished products have no burrs or glue marks and require no secondary manual trimming, greatly saving labor costs.
