1. Product Overview
This compressor integrates double-stage compression, high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor and variable frequency drive technology. It reaches super IE5 ultra-premium energy efficiency standard, featuring outstanding energy saving, stable air supply, low noise, long service life and intelligent operation. It is widely used in precision manufacturing, chemical industry, textile, mining, food & pharmaceutical and other industrial fields with long continuous operation and fluctuating air consumption.
2. Working Principle
Atmospheric air is filtered and sent to the first-stage compression chamber for low-pressure compression. After inter-stage forced cooling, air enters the second-stage compression chamber for secondary high-pressure compression. The whole process approaches isothermal compression to reduce power consumption greatly. Equipped with dedicated VFD system, the unit adjusts motor speed steplessly according to actual air demand, eliminates no-load power loss and maintains constant air pressure.

Adopts high-precision asymmetric rotor profile with low rotating speed. Two-stage equal pressure ratio design effectively reduces internal leakage and compression heat. 3.3 Intelligent VFD Control System

It supports 20%~100% stepless speed regulation, remote monitoring, fault alarm and multi-unit linkage operation. Simple operation and unattended running are available.
3.4 High-efficiency Cooling & Lubrication System
Combined inter-stage oil cooling and air cooling system ensures stable operation under ambient temperature up to 45℃. Discharge temperature is strictly controlled. Three-stage oil-gas separation makes residual oil content ≤3 ppm, delivering clean compressed air. High-grade lubricant extends maintenance cycle.
