Double-stage Permanent Magnet Variable Frequency Screw Air Compressor

1. Product Overview

This compressor integrates double-stage compression, high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor and variable frequency drive technology. It reaches super IE5 ultra-premium energy efficiency standard, featuring outstanding energy saving, stable air supply, low noise, long service life and intelligent operation. 2. Working Principle

Atmospheric air is filtered and sent to the first-stage compression chamber for low-pressure compression. After inter-stage forced cooling, air enters the second-stage compression chamber for secondary high-pressure compression. The whole process approaches isothermal compression to reduce power consumption greatly. Equipped with dedicated VFD system, the unit adjusts motor speed steplessly according to actual air demand, eliminates no-load power loss and maintains constant air pressure.
