HDPE Spiral Tank Machine


The HDPE spiral wound tank machine can produce the tank with the diameter up to ID5000mm and length up to 10000mm, with EAGLE seamless spiral winding technology what is most cost-efficient method for the manufacturing of large diameter HDPE or PP tanks. The tank wall thickness can be more than 150mm. This machine is fully computer controlled and stepped wall thickness tank can be produced automatically.

 

The tank can be made from different grade of high -density polyethylene(HDPE) and polypropylene(PP). The machine can be upgraded to produce special double wall structure tank with leakage control for chemical storage tank.

 

With advanced automatic welding machine, the bottom and cover can be welded automatically. The welding seam is uniform and strong to avoid any leakage.
