Product Positioning: A high-efficiency, energy-saving, low-noise, pressure-stabilized and maintenance-free general-purpose air source equipment. It features medium and low pressure, large air flow and continuous stable air supply. Adaptable to general industrial working conditions, it serves as the core equipment for pneumatic conveying, aeration and oxygen supply, ventilation and pressurization in various industries.
2. Core Technology & Structural Features
1. Optimized Three-Lobe Rotor Design: Adopting a high-precision three-lobe spiral rotor structure, it delivers smaller air flow pulsation and more stable pressure output compared with traditional two-lobe Roots blowers, effectively reducing equipment vibration and air noise and greatly improving operational stability. The rotor is precisely CNC machined and dynamically balanced with extremely low coaxiality error, ensuring jitter-free high-speed operation.
2. High-Strength Integrated Structure: The blower body is made of high-quality cast iron with high rigidity, strong deformation resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, enabling long-term operation under harsh industrial conditions. The upgraded sealing structure adopts a combination of multiple labyrinth seals and skeleton oil seals to eliminate oil and air leakage, ensuring pure air supply and clean equipment operation.
3. Precision Transmission System: Equipped with high-precision synchronous gears featuring high transmission efficiency, low wear and low noise, which ensure synchronous rotor operation without friction and collision. Matched with high-quality bearings with strong load capacity, high temperature resistance and wear resistance, the service life of the equipment is significantly prolonged.
4. Heat Dissipation & Protection Design: The optimized overall heat dissipation structure ensures uniform heat dissipation during operation, avoiding equipment failures caused by heat accumulation and supporting 24-hour uninterrupted continuous operation. It is compatible with overloading and overpressure protection accessories such as pressure relief valves, silencers and filters, realizing excellent overall protection and safety performance.

1. High Efficiency & Energy Saving: Adopting the positive displacement forced air supply principle, it provides constant pressure and stable flow without air pressure attenuation.
