Polyurethane adhesive
1、 Characteristics and physical properties:
Appearance: Colorless and transparent mucus
Solid content: 15-20%
Viscosity (25 ℃): 1600-3500CPS
Activation temperature: 70-90 ℃
Peel strength: ≥ 85N/2.5cm
2、 Product Features
High initial adhesion strength, anti wire drawing, strong heat resistance, good aging resistance, high yellowing resistance, mild odor, good operability, and long opening time.
3、 Application
Suitable for bonding PVC, PU, TPR, EVA, KPU, rubber, fabric, rubber, leather, microfiber, genuine leather and other materials, widely used in shoe soles, bags, handbags, home wooden boards, car decoration, spray painted fabrics, lightbox fabrics, wall advertising and other fields.
4、 Operation process
Clean or polish the contact surface of the fabric that needs to be adhered, and use spraying, rolling, brushing, and other methods to evenly apply the adhesive. After the surface is dry (the surface of the adhesive is not sticky when touched by hand), use an oven or hot air machine to activate it at 60-80 ℃ for bonding. Then use a press or cloth strip to compact and wrap it tightly, let it stand for 24 hours, and add a curing agent for better effect.
5、 Storage and shelf life:
This product should be stored in a well ventilated area for a period of 12 months at a temperature of 0-40 ℃. Smoking is strictly prohibited in dark places. Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight, seal and store to prevent solvent evaporation. If accidentally touching the eyes and skin, rinse with plenty of water. In severe cases, seek medical attention.
