PET water-based ink coated polyurethane resin
1、 Characteristics and physical properties:
Appearance: translucent lotion
Ingredients: Aliphatic
Ionic type: Anion
Solid content: 40 ± 2%
Viscosity (25 ℃): below 500CPS
Modulus (100%): 50kg/cm2
PH value: 7-9
2、 Product Features
Specially designed for PET water-based ink, coating surface printing and inner printing, with delicate printing graphics and text, fast drying without clogging the screen. Printed products have good temperature and boiling resistance, scratch resistance, excellent ethanol compatibility stability, and ethanol thickening properties. They can be used as grinding resins to improve physical properties by compounding with 322A resin. They have good adhesion and anti rebound properties, and also have excellent adhesion and heat bonding properties on substrates such as UV varnish, PVC, ABS, PC, PA, etc.
3、 Application
Widely used as PET substrate for industrial decorative films, floor leather, electronic card films, food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical packaging, suitable for various flexographic printing, gravure printing, offset printing, screen printing, etc.
4、 Storage and shelf life:
1. The storage period is 12 months, and the storage temperature is 0-40 ℃.
2. This product should be placed in a well ventilated and dark place. Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight. Sealed storage is required to prevent water evaporation and the formation of conjunctiva.
