Water based polyurethane resin for base hot stamping
1、 Characteristics and physical properties:
Appearance: translucent lotion
Ingredients: Aliphatic
Ionic type: Anion
Solid content: 40 ± 2%
Viscosity (25 ℃): below 600CPS
Modulus (100%): 60kg/cm2
PH value: 7-9
2、 Product Features
Specially designed for water-based ink and bottom coating of PC, PVC, ABS materials, with inner printing heat bonding and thermoforming. The printed graphics and text are delicate and transparent, and the screen is fast drying without clogging. Printed products are resistant to temperature and boiling, have high peel strength, good scratch resistance, excellent ethanol compatibility stability, and good adhesion and anti rebound properties.
3、 Application
Widely used in industrial decorative films, floor leather, electronic card films, luggage films and other substrates, suitable for roll coating, scratch coating, gravure printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, etc.
4、 Storage and shelf life:
1. The storage period is 12 months, and the storage temperature is 0-40 ℃.
2. This product should be placed in a well ventilated and dark place. Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight. Sealed storage is required to prevent water evaporation and the formation of conjunctiva.
