1、 Characteristics and physical properties:
Appearance: translucent lotion
Ingredients: Aliphatic
Ionic type: Anion
Solid content: 35 ± 2%
Viscosity (25 ℃): below 400CPS
Modulus (100%): 200kg/cm2
PH value: 7-9
2、 Product Features
Specially designed for gold and silver ink connectors, PE breathable film water-based surface printing ink, ammonia free, dry and wet resistant, high temperature resistant, fine printing graphics and text, fast drying, not easy to clog, good solubility. Printed products have excellent resistance to hydrogen peroxide, excellent ethanol dilution and compatibility stability (no clumping or thickening when mixed with pigments at high speed), good adhesion and anti rebound properties, and do not oxidize or darken metal pigments, with high gloss and strong texture.
3、 Application
It can be used as a grinding resin for polar plastics such as silver paste, gold paste, fluorescent paste, pearl paste, gold blending oil, etc. in sanitary packaging, food packaging, daily chemical packaging, pharmaceutical packaging, etc. Specially suitable for the production of water-based ink for sanitary packaging (diapers, sanitary napkins, PE breathable film).
4、 Storage and shelf life:
1. The storage period is 12 months, and the storage temperature is 0-40 ℃.
2. This product should be placed in a well ventilated and dark place. Avoid high temperatures or direct sunlight. Sealed storage is required to prevent water evaporation and the formation of conjunctiva.
