I. Overview
TM1723 is a dedicated circuit for LCD drive control with a keyboard scanning interface. It is internally integrated with circuits such as MCU digital interface, data latch, LCD drive, keyboard scanning, and color-changing backlight drive. This product has excellent performance and reliable quality. There is no need to change the underlying instructions of the decoding board, and it is fully compatible with the instruction set of the existing LED drive IC. The existing decoding boards that support LED display can be directly connected to an LCD display front panel externally. There is no need to add an additional single-chip microcomputer for key scanning (or scan the keys through the decoding board), and there is no need to use HT6221 for key scanning. At the same time, it supports PWM backlight drive and SW ordinary input expansion ports. It is mainly used for the display screen drive of products such as VCR, VCD, DVD, and home theaters. It uses packages such as SOP32.
II. Feature Description
* Adopt low-power CMOS process
* 20X4 dot LCD driver
* 4X3 key input
* 4-channel LED driver with 64-level PWM, which can be used for LCD colorful backlight driving;
* 4 general input ports, which can be connected to the dial-type electronic coding switch
* 1/2 or 1/3 LCD driving bias voltage is selectable
* The working voltage of the LCD is adjustable
* Serial interface (CLK, STB, DIO)
* Oscillation mode: Built-in RC oscillation, with a typical oscillation frequency of 128KHZ
* Package form:SOP32
