LCD Special Circuit for Drive Control TM1622
1. Overview
TM1622 is a dedicated LCD driver chip with 256-point memory mapping and multi-functions. The software configuration features of TM1622 make it suitable for a variety of LCD applications, including: LCD modules and display subsystems. There are only 4 or 5 pins used to connect the main controller and TM1622. TM1622 also has a power-saving command to reduce system power consumption. This product has excellent performance and reliable quality.
2. Feature Description
• Operating voltage: 2.4~ 5.2V
• Built-in 32 KHz RC oscillator
• Can be externally connected to a 32KHz frequency source as a clock input
• Built-in time base frequency source
• Built-in buzzer output driver with two output frequencies to choose from (2 KHz or 4 KHz)
• Built-in power-saving mode for reducing power consumption
• Built-in time base generator and watchdog (WDT) output
• Built-in 32ⅹ8-bit display register, 32 SEG and 8 COM output drivers, 4-wire serial interface
• Provide VLCD pin for adjusting LCD operating voltage
• Three data access modes
• Eight time base/watchdog timer clock sources
• Data mode and command mode instructions
• Four package forms to choose from: QFP44, LQFP44, QFP52, LQFP64
