1. Overview 

     
   TM1629A is a dedicated LED (Light Emitting Diode Display) drive control circuit with a keyboard scanning interface. It is internally integrated with circuits such as MCU digital interface, data latch, LED high-voltage drive, and keyboard scanning. It is mainly used for driving high-grade displays of products such as refrigerators, air conditioners, and home theaters.
     
2. Feature Description 
     
   * Adopts power CMOS process
    * Display mode: 16 segments × 8 digits
    * Brightness adjustment circuit (8 levels of duty cycle adjustment available)
    * Serial interface (CLK, STB, DIO)
    * Oscillation mode: RC oscillation (450KHz + 5%)
    * Built-in power-on reset circuit
    * Adopts SOP32 package
