Compact Structure, Space-Saving: The integrated design integrates all components into a sealed tank body, without the need for large-scale civil engineering and separate equipment rooms. The floor area is only 1/3-1/5 of that of traditional pump stations, which is especially suitable for areas with tight land resources such as urban central areas, residential communities, and scenic spots.
High Efficiency and Energy Saving, Low Operation Cost: Equipped with high-efficiency submersible pumps with excellent energy efficiency ratio, combined with an intelligent frequency conversion control system, it can automatically adjust the operation speed according to the actual water volume, avoiding energy waste caused by constant-speed operation. The annual energy consumption can be reduced by 20%-30% compared with traditional pump stations.
Intelligent Control, Easy Operation and Maintenance: The whole station adopts intelligent PLC control system, which can realize automatic start and stop, fault alarm, remote monitoring, and data statistics. Operators can monitor the operation status of the pump station in real time through the computer, mobile phone APP, or on-site control panel, and the maintenance work is simple and convenient, reducing the labor intensity of management.
Corrosion Resistance, Long Service Life: The tank body is made of high-quality glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) or stainless steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and wear resistance, and can adapt to various harsh working environments such as sewage, rainwater, and industrial wastewater. The service life is as long as 30 years, which is much longer than that of traditional concrete pump stations.
Rapid Installation, Short Construction Cycle: All components are prefabricated in the factory, inspected and debugged before leaving the factory. On-site installation only needs to complete foundation leveling, tank hoisting, pipeline connection, and power on debugging, which can be put into use in 3-7 days, while the construction cycle of traditional concrete pump stations usually takes several months.
Environmental Protection and Sealing, No Secondary Pollution: The tank body is fully sealed, and the top is equipped with a deodorization device, which can effectively prevent the leakage of sewage and the emission of peculiar smell, avoiding secondary pollution to the surrounding environment. It meets the national environmental protection emission standards and is suitable for environmentally sensitive areas.
Product Structure
The integrated pump station is mainly composed of five parts: tank body, pump unit, pipeline system, control system, and auxiliary equipment, with a scientific and reasonable structure and reliable operation.
Tank Body: The core part of the pump station, used to store and transport water. It is made of FRP or stainless steel, with high strength, good sealing, and corrosion resistance. The inner wall is smooth, which is not easy to scale and convenient for cleaning.
Pump Unit: The power core, usually equipped with 2-4 submersible sewage pumps (1-3 working pumps, 1 standby pump), which can be selected according to the actual water volume and head requirements. The pump has the advantages of high lift, large flow, low noise, and stable operation.
Pipeline System: Including inlet pipe, outlet pipe, check valve, gate valve, and other components, all made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel or UPVC, with good sealing performance and no leakage. The pipeline layout is reasonable, which reduces the resistance of water flow and improves the operation efficiency.
Control System: Adopts PLC intelligent control, equipped with touch screen, frequency converter, level sensor, and other devices. It can realize automatic control according to the water level change, and has functions such as overcurrent protection, dry running protection, and fault alarm, ensuring the safe and stable operation of the pump station.
Auxiliary Equipment: Including deodorization device, ventilation device, inspection manhole, ladder, etc., which can improve the operation environment of the pump station and facilitate daily inspection and maintenance.
