Product Structure

The integrated pump station is mainly composed of five parts: tank body, pump unit, pipeline system, control system, and auxiliary equipment, with a scientific and reasonable structure and reliable operation.

  • Tank Body: The core part of the pump station, used to store and transport water. It is made of FRP or stainless steel, with high strength, good sealing, and corrosion resistance. The inner wall is smooth, which is not easy to scale and convenient for cleaning.

  • Pump Unit: The power core, usually equipped with 2-4 submersible sewage pumps (1-3 working pumps, 1 standby pump), which can be selected according to the actual water volume and head requirements. The pump has the advantages of high lift, large flow, low noise, and stable operation.

  • Pipeline System: Including inlet pipe, outlet pipe, check valve, gate valve, and other components, all made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel or UPVC, with good sealing performance and no leakage. The pipeline layout is reasonable, which reduces the resistance of water flow and improves the operation efficiency.

  • Control System: Adopts PLC intelligent control, equipped with touch screen, frequency converter, level sensor, and other devices.
