The Pultruded FRP Cable Tray produced by our company adopts the relatively advanced pultruded FRP technology at home and abroad, and is produced continuously by mechanization. Therefore, it not only has all the advantages of the cable trays produced by domestic counterparts, but also has stable product dimensions and can be selected arbitrarily. The length can exceed 8 meters, and it has higher strength, stiffness and corrosion resistance. The pultruded glass cable tray is made of untwisted glass fiber and composite fiber with resin that can withstand various climates and is corrosion-resistant. According to different usage occasions and a certain proportion, it is continuously formed by mechanization at a certain temperature. It is not only more economical than hand lay-up and molding, but also has higher production efficiency. In particular, the dimensions can be selected at will, and the product quality can be more effectively guaranteed. Therefore, the application of pultruded glass cable trays to replace iron cable trays is an inevitable trend in the future.
FRP cable trays are classified by structure into: trough type, tray type, ladder type, and long-span cable trays
1. Trough-type FRP cable tray:
The trough-type cable tray is a fully enclosed cable tray. It is most suitable for laying computer cables, communication cables, thermocouple cables and other control cables of highly sensitive systems. It has good effects on shielding interference of control cables and protecting cables in a heavily corrosive environment. The protective cover of the trough-type cable tray is supplied with the trough body, and other accessories are universal with ladder-type and tray-type cable trays. If users need other varieties and specifications of trough-type cable trays, they can order by providing drawings, sending letters or having face-to-face consultations.
2. Tray-type cable tray:
The tray-type cable tray is the most widely used one in petroleum, chemical, electric power, light industry, television, telecommunications and other fields. It has the advantages of light weight, large load capacity, beautiful appearance, simple structure and convenient installation. It is suitable for both the installation of power cables and the laying of control cables. The surface treatment of the tray-type cable tray can be divided into three types according to user needs: galvanizing, electrostatic powder coating and hot-dip galvanizing. Special anti-corrosion treatment can be carried out in a heavily corrosive environment. The tray-type cable tray can be equipped with a protective cover. If a protective cover is needed, it should be indicated when placing an order. All its accessories are universal with ladder-type and trough-type cable trays.
3. Ladder-type cable tray
The ladder-type cable tray is improved based on relevant domestic and foreign materials and our factory's similar products. It has the advantages of light weight, low cost, unique shape, convenient installation, good heat dissipation and ventilation. It is suitable for laying cables with relatively large diameters in general, especially for laying high and low voltage power cables. The ladder-type cable tray is equipped with a protective cover. If a protective cover is needed, it should be indicated when placing an order. All its accessories are universal with tray-type and trough-type cable trays. The surface treatment of the ladder-type cable tray is divided into three types: electrostatic powder coating, galvanizing and painting. Special anti-corrosion treatment is carried out in a heavily corrosive environment.
4. Long-span cable tray
The long-span cable tray has a larger support span than ordinary cable trays. Due to its ingenious structural design, it also has the characteristics of larger bearing capacity than ordinary cable trays. Therefore, it is not only suitable for the overhead laying of indoor and outdoor cables in industrial and mining enterprises such as oil refining, chemical industry, textile, machinery, metallurgy, electric power, television and radio, but also can be used as supports in underground works, such as cable trenches and cable tunnels in subways and civil air defense projects. The long-span cable tray includes long-span ladders, trays, troughs, heavy-duty ladder frames, right-angle tees, multi-section tees, right-angle crosses, as well as corresponding types of connectors, covers and pillars. The long-span cable tray is equipped with a cover. If a cover is needed, it should be indicated when placing an order, or order according to the cover model.
Composite epoxy resin cable tray
The composite type (lined with steel plate) trough is hydraulically formed at one time with a lined steel plate. To solve the delamination problem caused by the different expansion coefficients of metal and non-metal, a bonding layer is added between the metal and non-metal to prevent delamination. To solve the problem of easy aging, a protective layer with special functions such as anti-ultraviolet is added to the surface of the composite epoxy resin cable tray; its structure from the inside out is: cold-rolled steel plate ---- bonding layer ---- anti-corrosion layer (with flame retardant added) ---- protective layer.
Configuration of supports and hangers for FRP cable trays:
1. The short span of indoor supports and hangers generally uses 1.5 - 3m. The span of outdoor columns generally uses 6m.
2. The configuration of supports and hangers for non-straight sections should follow the following principles: When the width W of the cable tray 300mm, in addition to meeting
the above conditions, a support or hanger should also be added in the middle of the non-straight section.
3. When the cable trays are arranged in multiple layers, the center distance between layers is 200, 250, 300, 350mm.
